General Information

Former MLB HR Champion, Carlos Pena – Hitting Presentation – Load/Timing/Game Approach

What is EV? – Exit Velocity is the most important ‘metric of power’ in hitting. Why? Because hitting the ball harder not only helps you produce more homeruns and extra base hits, but higher exit velocity translates directly to more hits.
Coaches in attendance will learn from top professionals on how to develop Exit Velocity, the key to power. Special learning sessions after camp hours for coaches as well as the hands on experience during camp. Special video presentation by Carlos Pena, former AL homerun champion and MLB Network analyst.
